Digital Planner job in Glasgow - we need someone to join an experienced team in a Glasgow digital agency, working on social media projects for various high profile clients. The Digital Planner will be responsible for developing project proposals and providing knowledge and insight of social media channels for key accounts. You will also be expected to contribute towards white papers and work with the PR team to help to raise the agencies profile by providing insight into future trends in social media.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced digital marketing planner with an interest and experience in new media trends, social media and online marketing to join an experienced team working with major online brands on prominent digital marketing projects involving elements of social media, online communities and UGC. You will work alongside senior management to define proposals and contribute towards planning by defining functional specs, technical specs, user flows and wireframing. You will be involved at all stages of the development and implementation and will ensure that the account, creative and technical teams meet the project requirements, making refinements as required by the clients along the way.
To be considered for this role you need to demonstrate experience of project planning and management including the relevant technical and creative aspects, must have good time management and administration skills and be comfortable working as part of a team and dealing with clients. We would expect you to have an interest and understanding of new media trends, including audience behaviours in online communities and social media.
