We are looking for a Matron to join a luxurious nursing home in Hampshire.

The home is set in a stunning rural location with 20 acres of formal gardens and parkland.
There are 50 residents including elderly care with dementia.
The Matron will work Monday to Friday and will be expected to do some weekends.
We are looking for an experienced RGN who will be able to do some Hands-on nursing.
Qualifications:
- NMC Registered - Evidence of post registration education activity. - Leadership qualification or ability to demonstrate equivalent experience.
Experience:
- At least 3 year post registration experience with at least one year as a team leader/ ward manager. - Experience of supervising, training and mentoring nurses and care staff. - Experience of managing nurse/care functions in a nursing home setting
